Description

Avaya users may be unable to access the Avaya Workforce Optimization (WFO) portal and schedules from 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 20, 2026, to 5:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 21, 2026, due to planned maintenance. Calls received during the maintenance event will be recorded and available for playback after the maintenance is complete. UIT will notify areas that operate 24/7 when maintenance begins and ends. This planned maintenance is necessary to apply IT security updates to call recording servers. To report issues, please contact the UIT Help Desk at 801-581-4000 or the ITS Service Desk at 801-587-6000.

Typically, downtime is a few seconds to a few minutes. • If your site's server undergoes maintenance on the first Wednesday of the month, it’s unlikely that it will undergo maintenance on the second Wednesday of the month. If it’s not maintained the first Wednesday, it will likely undergo maintenance the second Wednesday. • When your site's server is undergoing maintenance, site admins will not be able to update or access the site and end users will not be able to view/interact with the site.
